There are businesses that exist to serve those in time of need, Hill Enterprises Towing set the standard on having grace, knowledge, and situational awareness.  I was on a major highway in an unfamiliar area with my family On a cross-country road trip.  I had a major blowout and was left stranded on the left side of the highway with cars zooming past me at 70+ miles per hour.  I contacted half a dozen folks … mostly I received an answering service, at times there was simply no answer at all. Hill enterprises towing picked up on the second ring and from the very first word spoken, I was put at ease.  The awesome gentleman assured me everything would be fine. He confirmed he could fix my issue and stated he was in route.  He asked that I send him my Location via my cell phone so he knew my exact spot which was an awesomely brilliant idea that I never even thought of!!!  He also advised that he contacted the highway patrol to set up behind me to alert oncoming traffic….again What a brilliant idea.. Highway patrol Pulled up probably two minutes later, and my family was instantly put it ease.  The officer came to my window and said Hill enterprise towing should be here any moment and he would standby until I was on my way.  I could tell from the officers voice tone that he has had experience with Hill Enterprises towing and he had a lot of confidence in them.  Sure enough Hill Enterprises towing showed up just a couple minutes later,  again assured me and my family everything was fine. He asked we sit in his truck for safety which again I was very impressed with.  As I watched the gentleman connect my 35 foot motorhome I could tell he had experience and knowledge and he was triple checking all of his connections to make sure everything was correct.  Once we were on our way, he made excellent conversation with us…told us about the area, gave me recommendations for food and things like that.  This was not only the best experience with a towing company I’ve ever had. It is probably the best experience with a business I’ve ever had.  It’s funny the things that matter most to customers don’t cost businesses a dime.  Customers just want some grace and empathy, Hill Enterprises towing delivered.  If you are reading this review, you are probably looking for a tow… I don’t know what else I need to say to you… put these folks in your speed dial. This should be your ONLY towing company. I don’t care what anybody else says.

Needed a tow off 32, and progressive calls out this company. Knowing the car was having mechanical issues, I was told by Dustin in Chester that my car was DROVE in and they did not let anyone know what they were doing there just left my car unattended and unlocked.
